	B-17 INTAKE-EXHAUST VALVE DESK SET The Cyclone 9 Engine has two valves per cylinder, set at 45 degrees in the Hemispherical combustion chamber. The Exhaust Valve is Sodium cooled with a much larger stem diameter to keep the valve cool and increase reliability in these high performance engines. The Intake Valve is lighter and thinner as it is cooled by the supercharged air-fuel charge. We have mounted the valves at the same angle on the Walnut base. These artifacts are only lightly cleaned and polished to show the wear patterns. These are ideal for a desk display. Base is 12" wide X 6" deep; sculpture is 6 " high.Custom. Price: $200
